What is the evening timeline?

Answer

3:30pm: guests to begin to ARRIVE 4:00pm: CEREMONY will promptly start 4:30pm: COCKTAIL HOUR starts 5:30pm: RECEPTION starts 10:00pm: Time to go home! (or continue the party elsewhere!) Note: ceremony & cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be in a heated tent. Prepare to be outdoors for approximately 2 hours!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal Attire. It may be chilly so dress warm and feel free to bring a blanket to keep you nice and toasty!

Are kids invited?

Answer

No. We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest” or is mentioned by name - then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, check out our 'Travel' page for all the info you need. The Bride & Groom will be staying at the Lakehouse Hotel and Resort in San Marcos!

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes, beer & wine until your heart's content! All we ask is that your bring some some cash to tip the bartender!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. If you are planning on drinking, Uber/Lyft rides are recommended!
