What will the weather be like?

Answer

It will be most likely warm. Thankfully both the ceremony and the reception will be hosted in air conditioned buildings. We recommend checking the weather before packing and dressing for the day. Please note that the weather in Colorado can change so be sure to double check the weather prior to packing.

Where should I stay?

We have a block at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Denver Tech Center. Can I park at the venue?

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. Please park in the South parking lot.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Your children will be listed on your household RSVP so just let us know if they are coming so we can make sure there's enough food and seats for them.

When should I get there?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:15pm (MST). You are welcome to come into the venue as early as 3:30pm. We recommend you arrive by 3:45pm in order to give you time to find a seat. Please note the wedding is starting during a high traffic time so please leave with plenty of time to get to the venue.

When will we eat?

Answer

Cocktail hour will begin at the reception venue at 4:45pm where there will be passed appetizers and drinks. Dinner will begin at 6:30pm.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Will alcohol be served?

Yes! There will be drinks available for purchase.

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your RSVP. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.
