TownePlace Suites New Philadelphia

We have many rooms set aside at a discounted rate for our wedding guests. Please consider booking your room ASAP due to our wedding being held on a holiday weekend. Last day to book a room is July 31st! You may book a room by calling the hotel or clicking on the "view" tab below.

Shuttle

BVIP Shuttle Services

August 31, 2025 3:15 pm - 12:00 am

First shuttle will be leaving from the Towneplace suites at 3:15pm to take guests to the venue. Second shuttle will leave at 3:45. Feel free to take the shuttle even if you are staying at a different nearby hotel! Shuttles will start back up at 9pm to take guests back to the hotel and run continuously until midnight.

Travel Note

Uber

Ubers are unfortunately limited and tough to get day of. Guests will want to prearrange any Cab or Uber pickups. Shuttles to/from TownePlace Suits will be free to all guests.

Flight

Akron-Canton Airport (CAK)

The Akron-Canton Airport is the closest option for our out of town guests and is about a 30 min drive to the TownPlace Suites Hotel in New Philadelphia.
