Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Of course, as long as they are supervised!

Are pets allowed?

Answer

No. However, service animals are always welcome.

Parking?

Answer

Parking attendants will be supplied via the venue.

Will there be food services?

Answer

There will not be an actual meal, however there will be finger foods, charcuterie table, and desserts. For the cocktail hour, while photos are being taken, it will be popcorn hour. A popcorn station will be available.

Can we visit the bride prior to the ceremony?

Answer

No. There is a bridal suite and only the bridal party and hair/makeup will be allowed.

Will the DJ take song requests?

Answer

The bride and groom have a selected playlist that will be adhered to during the reception.

Phones and pictures allowed?

Answer

No. During the ceremony, all phones are to be silenced and put away….we have a photographer and videographer that will be capturing this wonderful occasion and those will be shared with the guests at a later time. However, during the reception and cocktail feel free to take as many photos and videos as possible and share away! Please respect the wishes of the bride, and enjoy this moment in time with her and the groom.

Alcohol and smoking/vaping?

Answer

The venue does not allow alcohol on the premises. If alcohol is found then you will be asked to leave the ceremony/reception. The venue also prohibits smoking/vaping in and around the barn and ceremony areas. You can, however, smoke/vape in the parking area.

Transportation to and from ceremony site?

Answer

There will be a tractor pulled wagon that will shuttle guests to and from the ceremony site. However, you can walk if you choose to once instructed that the ceremony is open by the Coordinator, Hannah Hubbard.
