Michael Henderson and I met at the airport in Memphis Tennessee where we both was working for HMS host. He was one of the food and beverage managers and I was coming in as a shift manager. We became great friends over time and we began to flirt with each other on occasions when we was alone. I just came out of a 6 year relationship with someone else and I was with someone whom just want to have sex with me. Michael came in the right time when I needed someone to love me. He came over to my home and we just fell for each other then. He was also leaving a relationship as well. We talked and talked about his relationship and mine. In October, we made it official that we was together. My first date with him was an ice cream date which was the best date I ever had in a long time with a man. After that, we begin to have more and more feelings for each other. He was there for me when I fell into a financial situation that caused me to lose my apartment and he helped me along the way. He proposed to me in November of 2019 and I never hesitated to say yes. He got a job offer in Louisiana and he came here in December of 2019 and I moved to Louisiana in 2020. we have been together since.
