The style of this wedding is "formal boho." Think floral, flowing dresses and earthy, bold colors. This an outdoor wedding which will require walking on inclined, gravel roads. Please select shoes you can comfortably walk in. Also, bring a sweater or jacket for a potentially cooler PNW evening.
We will have a Mexican food caterer that will have vegetarian and gluten-free options. Wine, beer, cider, and some non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
*Ensure you are coming to the 4755 Liberty Rd. in DALLAS.* You will be parking in a grass lot on the neighbor Brad's property. You will come upon this location just before the wedding venue. Please follow the signage which will indicate parking. After parking, continue down Liberty Road to the next driveway on the left, which will also be marked.
If you like to camp, please join us! The bride and groom are camping in a nice grass lot behind the reception barn. There is plenty of space for whoever would like join! If you are camping, please arrive by 3pm (at latest) to set up your tent prior to the ceremony. To unload camping gear, first drive past the parking area and follow signs to the reception area. After unloading, please promptly move your car to the parking area. Also please let us know your plans to camp in your RSVP.
The wedding venue is a 10 minute drive outside of Dallas, Oregon. In addition, it happens to fall on a high demand weekend. Please be aware if you are interested in booking nearby accommodations, we recommend booking ASAP.
Due to the outdoor setting and strict spacial constraints, we are not including little ones in this celebration. Attendance is limited to those listed on the invitation.
The wedding ceremony is taking place on the deck area in the front of Joan's house. The deck has three levels. There will not be space for all guests to be seated. Though it will be a shorter ceremony (~30 minutes), if you anticipate needing a seat, that can be arranged. A seating chart will be put together after RSVPs have been received.
