When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are asking everyone to RSVP no later than July 28th.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered on Zola (here) and Amazon. Please see our Registry page for more information.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:45 PM or you will not be seated for the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be Cocktail Attire. See the Schedule page for more information.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love to be around all of your little ones, we would love for you to have a parents only night out. If possible, please leave them at home.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! When you RSVP enter in any food allergies or dietary restrictions in question box. If you have any other questions, please reach out to us.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is a big lot right outside the venue. Cars can be left overnight if you need to make other arrangements to get home safely.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

All of the events are listed on the Schedule page and you will be asked to RSVP for them when you RSVP for the Ceremony and Reception.

Are there any COVID guidelines in place for the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

At this time we are following all guidelines per the state of Oregon and the Oregon Golf Club. At this time we will not be requiring masks, but encourage those who are not vaccinated to wear masks and social distance. Out of consideration and the safety of the rest of our guests, please stay home if you are feeling ill.

Is the wedding venue outside?

Answer

The Ceremony will be held in the outside Rose Garden. The Reception Hall is directly adjacent to the Rose Garden and is indoors.
