Question

Answer

Question

When should I buy my flight ticket?

Answer

Always keep an eye out for buying flight tickets as prices fluctuate constantly. However, we recommend buying flight tickets about 4-7 months in advance to get the best prices on airfare. Prices tend to go up in the spring time (prior to the month of May), so just be aware of that fact and book accordingly.

Question

Which Airport Should I Fly Into?

Answer

Rafael Hernandez Airport. Drive from the airport is 25 minutes to the house(s) and 11-15 miles one way. PLEASE BE AWARE, if you fly into San Juan, it is roughly a 2 hour drive to Aguada, where we will be staying. There are not many Ubers, etc. on the island and Taxis may not drive you that far. PLEASE NOTE: There will be several of us who have rented cars who may be available to pick people up as needed. Please communicate this need ahead of time so that we can accommodate and plan accordingly.

Question

What should I bring?

Answer

Just your bodies and suitcases! However, some things we would recommend bringing are.. -loose fitting clothes -swimsuits -flip flops -closed toed shoes (for adventures) -sunglasses -a hat -sunscreen The Puerto Rican sun is no joke so just be prepared!

Question

Dress code for the wedding

Answer

We don’t really have a strict dress code for our wedding. Just wear something beachy yet classy and something you feel good in. It is warm year round in Puerto Rico so dress and pack accordingly. Usually, in May, you can expect 75-80 degrees or slightly higher during the day and roughly 70s at night.

Answer

Question

Question

What is Included during the 4 Night Stay at the Houses? What is Not Included?

Answer

We will be stocking up the house with food and drinks, etc. to last most of the time, and any guests staying with us are more than welcome to bring any food or drink of their own. We plan on having dinner party nights every night we are there. If you would like to join us, we kindly ask that you help us pay for some of the food and drinks that will be available. You are also more than welcome to travel around and go to a local restaurant for dinner as well. What we have planned so far is May 4th, will be a welcome night (food tbd). May 5th, will be pizza night (wood fired out back), May 6th will be catered (for wedding day), May 7th, we will try and get catered from a local restaurant. (All subject to change) We will be going to Costco and stocking up, so if anyone has any requests, please let us know.
