FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love for all of our family and friends to take this opportunity to dress up with us! We are requesting that everyone come dressed in cocktail attire. For men, this means suits or button down shirts and dress pants. For women, this means midi, knee length, or floor length dresses or jumpsuits. With an outdoor wedding in October, we do understand that the weather may be unpredictable until we are closer to the actual day, so please be mindful that a cardigan or jacket may be needed.

Question

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

The bridesmaids will be in a variation of colors (browns, champagne, gold) and the groomsmen will be in tan.

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones are turned off and put away during the ceremony, as we have hired amazing photographers to capture these important moments. Feel free to take as many photos and videos once the ceremony is finished.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Tuesday, September 1, 2026. This will allow us to finalize all details to ensure that everything is in place and ready for our big day.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones as much as we love you, this will be an adult-only celebration. Please take this night to relax, and enjoy a parents' night out! We cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited on the wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your RSVP.

Question

What if I cannot make it?

Answer

We will miss your presence on our special day, but we kindly ask that you RSVP "No" as soon as you are able. If you have already RSVP'd "Yes" and find that you can no longer attend, please notify the bride at 815.821.1134.
