How will COVID-19 Pandemic affect the wedding?

Answer

There are so many unknowns right now given the current COVID-19 pandemic. Although it may look somewhat different than we initially envisioned, we do still hope to get married on August 8th, 2020. We are hopeful and optimistic that the virus will subside and will not affect our August wedding. Therefore, we are continuing to plan everything as is. We hope that you all will RSVP with the same optimism and hopefulness. However, the safety and health of our loved ones is our top priority. We will make updates accordingly via this website and email. We kindly request that you provide your email when you RSVP to expedite communication should we be required to change plans.

Will transportation be provided on the big day?

Answer

There will be a shuttle for those of you staying at the Fairfield Inn for transportation to The Bell Manor and back to the hotel at the end of the night. The shuttle will be departing from the hotel at 2:15 PM, and then will leave The Bell Manor to return to the hotel between 10:30-11 PM. You will be able to sign up for the shuttle upon checking in at the Fairfield Inn. Due to the capacity of the shuttle, this will be limited only to those guests staying at the Fairfield Inn.

Are the festivities inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception will be in an air conditioned facility, while the cocktail hour will be outside. If Mother Nature allows, we will open large doors and windows to enjoy the summer breeze.
