When is the deadline to book a vacation package?

Answer

The hotel requires we submit a final headcount 45 days before December 6. You will have up to October 22, 2025 to book a vacation package for December 6-13, 2025, providing the hotel still has availability.

Can I still attend the Wedding if I book at a different hotel.

Answer

Yes, if you purchase a day pass you may access the Catalonia Yucatan Resort from one hour before the ceremony until the reception ends (3:30 pm to 10:00 pm). Day pass costs per person are as follows: 0-6 years $0 usd, 7-12 years $35 usd and, 13 + years $70 usd. You must give a copy of your passport to the hotel's front desk at check in or you will not be allowed admittance to the resort as per their hotel policy. It will be returned to you when you leave/check out of the resort.

Why are you sending us a new Wedding Invitation/Wedding Website?

Answer

The previous company we used is shutting down parts of their website and we wanted to ensure you could still access our wedding trip information.

If I already RSVP'd using the old wedding invitation link do I need to RSVP again?

No you do not need to re-RSVP if you have done so previously on the old wedding website link.
