Do you have a Wedding Gift List?

Answer

Like most couples who have known each other for a while, we’re surrounded by all the household treasures anyone could ever want or need. If you’d like to give a gift, something towards our honeymoon fund would make our day. Whatever the gift, there will be a table inside the marquee on the day.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place indoors at St Marys Church, Woburn. The reception will be held at Woodland Hollow, Lidlington. This is an outdoor venue with a marquee. There is plenty of space for all guest, whether they choose to relax and drink outside in the Christmas tree glade or inside the beautiful pole marquee. Inside flooring is dandydura® matting which is an extremely durable, however we would still recommend suitable footwear.

Is there disability access at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Those who require disability access at Woodland Hollow can take the supplier's entrance directly into the Meadow for ease and park behind the marquee. If you are parking in the guest car park there is a short walk through the Woodland Glade to the Meadow. This route includes 3 or 4 steps. There will also be a disability toilet onsite.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, for all day guests we will be serving serving food shortly after the Ceremony. There will also be a hog roast once the evening guests have arrived. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when you RSVP so that we can ensure these are catered for. There will be a bar onsite where you can purchase drinks.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

For guests who are driving to Woodland Hollow, there is a field directly adjacent to the venue to park on. Cars can be left overnight but must be collected by 2pm the next day. Woodland Hollow is close to the M1 J13 and a few minutes by taxi from Flitwick train station.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media on the day?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #BarnwellWedding so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
