Lodging
Immediate family and select guests will be provided lodging on site at Hat Creek Camp. The rooms in the retreat center will be thoughtfully assigned to adults to ensure the needs of all involved. A "cousin cabin" will be available for those under the age of 30 who wish to participate.
Additional cabins are available on-site at no cost (with access to a shared bathhouse), along with space for tents and trailers if your family or friend group would like to reserve an area together.
If you’d prefer more private accommodations, we recommend checking Airbnb or VRBO options nearby. If there’s enough interest, we’re also happy to arrange a hotel block - please let us know as soon as possible. Lynchburg is approximately 45 minutes from camp and offers the largest selection of hotels in the area.
