why costa rica?

Tristan and I have never been to Costa Rica. We knew we wanted a destination wedding and wanted to adventure to somewhere new! The location really seems like "us" a beautiful landscape, lush beaches, awesome adventures, yoga on the beach and of course the wild dogs!

Question

how much of an adventure is it?

Answer

It will definitely not be for the faint of heart! But it is a beautiful oasis. Getting there is going to be tricky as the roads from the airport are long and bumpy. And its different from any other tropical vacation- its an adventure! But we would not want to share that with anyone but you! We have invited you because we want you to be part of our adventure, but if you can't make it or don't feel comfortable with this adventurous of a trip, we totally understand! We can celebrate with you when we get home!

are you planning a celebration at home we can attend instead?

Answer

As of right now, we are not. We have opted for one big celebration in Costa Rica because we want to make our day special. We understand if you can't make it and would love to catch up for dinner or drinks when we get back! We will be sure to share lots of pictures! If plans change, and we decide to celebrate at home too, we will keep you updated. xoxo

are kids invited?

Answer

Yes, of course! Dreams is very kid friendly and we would recommend bringing them!

what should i wear to the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be on the beach, so plan to kick off your shoes! Think dressy, bohemian beach festival. You'll want to get dressed up for this party! We just ask that you wear something you will be ready to DANCE in!

what do i need to bring?

Answer

BRING SNEAKERS FOR ADVENTURES! Water shoes/sandal that will stay on during adventures but are able to get wet. A HAT SUNSCREEN CAMERA and get ready for a great time!

never been to a destation wedding... wondering what the perfect amount of days is?

Answer

We would suggest arriving Thursday Jan 16th and departing on Jan 20th. But feel free to come and go any amount of time that you would like. The resort is beautiful, the sights are amazing and the fun will be endless! Be careful when booking... Monday is Martin Luther King Day and Rates are drastically higher on this day.
