When Can I Check into my room?

Answer

Check in is at 3pm. However, we recommend that you call in the morning so they can let you know about an early check in!

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

For our wedding, we kindly request black tie attire. Gentlemen, please wear tuxedos or black suits with ties, and ladies, long evening gowns or formal cocktail dresses are perfect. (girls do not have to be in black)

What color are the Bridesmaids wearing?

The Bridesmaids will be in an Evergreen dress!

Is parking available at the wedding site?

Answer

Yes! You can valet at the Fairmont. We will be providing transportation to and from the Church even though it is just a short walk across the street! (the church does not have parking)

How can I get from the Church back to the Fairmont?

Answer

We will have a trolley making trips from the Church after the ceremony. But you can also walk back.

Where can I find the Trolley?

Answer

The Trolley will be picking up all guests from the Fairmont - The Trinity Entrance. The Trolley will be running from 2:45-3:45pm. Our ceremony starts promptly at 4:00pm.

We are getting married at Old South Church in Boston! At the corner of Dartmouth and Boylston Streets at the Copley T stop. 645 Boylston St. Boston, MA. ( walking distance from our venue)

Where is the Cocktail Hour & Reception?

We will be celebrating at the Fairmont Copley Plaza! 138 St James Ave, Boston, MA 02116

What should I do after the Church & before the Cocktail Hour?

Answer

We will be having cigars and warm drinks outside the church! You can also go grab a drink at Oak Bar inside the Fairmont or freshen up in your room! Cocktail hour starts at 6pm!

Will anything be happening on Friday 1.2.26?

Answer

Yes! For those of you in town, we will be having Welcome Drinks! When: 7:30-9:30pm WHERE: The St. James Room -- Fairmont Copley Attire: Dressy Casual (so many of you will be in town to celebrate with us that we needed a larger space- it is no longer at Oak)

Why does my invitation say welcome drinks are at The Oak Room but the website says the St. James Room?

We had so many people RSVP yes to welcome drinks that we needed a larger space! We are so happy that so many of you will be celebrating with us on Friday! It is still inside the Fairmont just in a different room!

While we love your little ones, we are planning an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us!

If you are given a plus one, it will be indicated on your wedding invitation. On our Wedding Day, we want to be surrounded by those we share very close relationships with!
