We want you to be comfortable at our wedding and while celebrating with us. The dress code is dressy casual attire. Please keep in mind the time of year in Virginia, but below are some suggestions: Women: dresses, jumpsuits, or other alternatives in a heavier material or combined with lightweight separates; with flats, wedge heels, or dress boots for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. Men: dress shirt with khaki or other slacks; suit jackets and ties are optional.
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and to ensure the day is spent celebrating with those closest to us. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
We will do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions where possible and kindly request that you make us aware of any potential food allergies/other concerns at the time of your RSVP.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be taking place in an outdoor garden. Following the ceremony, our cocktail hour and reception will be held under a nearby tent on the property. In the event of inclement weather, both the ceremony and celebration will be held under the tent.
Parking will be available onsite at our venue at no additional cost. This will be notated day of with signage.
We have opted not to do a hotel block, but there are a number of accommodation options in the area. We recommend booking early if possible to ensure you and your party are in an ideal location that's convenient to get to the venue.
There will not be a shuttle to the venue with our guests choosing their own personal accommodations, but there will be parking onsite.
We're thrilled that you're coming to celebrate with us—and that's the best gift of all! But, if you'd like to send or bring a gift, you can find our registry on our website. There will also be a card box and gift table at the reception.
While we work through finding the perfect day of coordinator, please reach out to the couple with any questions.
Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive at least 30 mins before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards.
