Nigel and Kirsten met in school while studying for their undergraduate degree at Cal State Channel Islands. They had met through mutual friends - not thinking much of it to start. They instantly connected over their competitive nature and ability to goof around. Nigel challenged Kirsten to a "over-the-door" basketball game of "horse" - she lost of course. The bet was dinner. They quickly progressed to something serious - the rest is history almost 12 years later. They have been busy growing as a couple - ready to start their new adventure !
