What is the dress code?

Answer

The wedding is inspired by a Heritage Day Theme. Guests are more than welcome to strut their stuff in formal outfits that are inspired by this theme. However, if this is not your vibe then formal attire will be greatly appreciated

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We have made sure to make our menu all-inclusive to cater to most people's diets. However, if there is an allergen or special food that we need to know about, please feel free to send Kirsten a message so that she can relay the message to the caterers.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, of course! Don't miss out on all the fun in either the Bachelor Party or Bridal shower. The organizers will be sure to send an invite your way.

Directions without the GPS (for when technology just isn't on your side)

Answer

As a starting place for directions, we have used Maraisburg Offramp: 1. Slight left onto the N1 ramp to Pretoria for 850m and then Merge onto N1 western bypass and travel straight for 7,8km 2. Take the exit 85 for Beyers Naude Drive/M5 towards Northcliff/Honeydew for 850m 3. Keep left at the fork to continue towards Beyers Naude Dr/M5 for 290m 4. Keep left at the fork, follow signs and travel straight for M5/Beyers Naude Drive/Rand Park Ridge/Honeydew for 13km 5. Turn right onto R114 and travel straight for 2,1 km 6. Turn right and continue straight for 150m 7. Then turn right again for 50m 8. Your destination will be on your right-hand side and you can drive into the venue and into the parking lot. If all else fails, call a groomsman to fetch you...lol

Please be so kind as to RSVP by the 20th of August, so that we may be able to finalize numbers and prices with the venue and vendors before our Happy Day.

Please note that we would absolutely love to have all the kids with us but could only accommodate a few that is in our immediate family <3

Who are the Emergency Contacts

Answer

As much as Karl and Kirsten would love to be available on the day, they cannot attend to their phones. They will provide in the invites the details of their bridal party and wedding coordinator as making their contacts available on the website may be too public. Please do however reach out to Karl and Kirsten a day before if you know that you may need to be in contact with someone for the day of the wedding and they will gladly put you in contact with someone who can help.
