When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 3:00 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No strict dress code, but as guidance, think of an upscale garden party. So nice a dress, button-down and slacks, a cool power jumpsuits- whatever you think fits that description!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are not allowing plus ones across the board. Unless your invitation specified a plus one or the name of your partner, please bring just your pretty face. Thank you!

Are kids welcome?

This wedding will not be kid-appropriate, so thank you for leaving them at home.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Feel free to let us know if you have special dietary needs. We are doing buffet-style, so it should be easier for you to choose th foods that suit your needs. We will also be ordering plenty of vegetarian alternatives to our meat-heavy main dishes.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be free parking at the wedding venue for all guests who drive. There will also be a shuttle service from the Best Western Monticello for guests staying there, so you will not need to bring your own car to the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be shuttle service for all guests staying at the Best Western Monticello. The rough estimated times for departure are 2:00 PM from the hotel and 11:00 PM from the venue. No shuttle service will be offered from the Western Inn or other hotel locations.

Is the wedding outside? What will the weather be like?

Answer

The wedding will be entirely outdoors (both ceremony and reception). As it will be October and the venue is in the Catskill Mountains, there is definitely a chance for chillier weather or rain. Please check the weather beforehand and pack and dress accordingly. In preparation for potentially inclement weather, the reception will be under a large heated tent. The ceremony will most likely happen outdoors unless the weather is truly disastrous.
