This is on the higher end, yet if visiting Jacksonville while celebrating with us. It is a nice choice with in walking distance to downtown Jax and the river. It is about a 35 minute drive to wedding site.
House Or Rental

This is a good option to get closest to the wedding site. Since we do not have a hotel block designated. We want our guests to be very comfortable with the drive and logistics. We chose a beautiful venue it is just out of downtown city a bit. So it might be beneficial for families to book an entire home or apartment.
Flight
JAX is the code to our Jacksonville International Airport
When booking your flight on your preferred travel website just make sure the end designation is JAX. A rental car is very beneficial for this city. Jacksonville is the largest city landmass in America, driving around is the best way to see it and get where your going.
Train
Amtrak
Amtrak has two trains a day that go north and south on the eastern Seaboard. It is an over night trip for the New Jersey area, you do do through Washington D.C. but no transfers are needed. Please look at routes and times. Anyone with AAA will get a discount and in the summer they often run specials for a summer pass at a discounted rate.

Getting Around
We couldn't be happier that you're taking the time to come celebrate our new adventure. Yet getting around Jacksonville does require a car. Please take that into consideration when planning your visit here. Rather you choose the modern chic hotel of Omni or the southern delight of Club Continental driving will be necessary. At times getting around is easy and at others it takes a while we highly recommend using your smart phone and putting in the address to each event. To prevent getting lost or delayed. WAZE is such a great app for that, its a free download and takes into consideration traffic patterns.
