Answer

Please be courteous to all guests and do not come if you are sick, have a temperature or are awaiting test results. For those who do choose to celebrate with us in person the venue is indoor/outdoor with plenty of space to maintain a safe social distance. For those who choose to not celebrate with us in person, we hope to set up a virtual link to the view the ceremony.

Covid-19 part 2- Masks

Answer

We are not requiring people to wear masks at our wedding. We feel secure in this decision given that the venue is indoor/outdoor and the indoor is able to be open almost completely on one side which makes it very "open air". That being said, if you want to wear a mask, please of course feel free. We will have disposable masks on hand as well as single use hand sanitizer and pump hand sanitizers for the food tables. When it comes to masking/not masking and attending/not attending, we truly want people to make the decision that feels right for them. We ask that no guests pass judgement on another guest for the choice to do something different.

Where is the couple registered?

Answer

The couple is registered at Target and Bed Bath and Beyond.

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

Yes there is more than enough free parking at the venue, all cars will need to be picked up no later than 8:30 am the following day. We encourage the use of uber and lyft!

Where should I stay?

Answer

You can follow links on the travel tab! The Hilton Garden Inn is the closest to venue and closest to the families. If you are extending your stay and want to be close to entertainment we have recommended neighborhoods on the travel page as well!.

Food and Beverage?

Answer

Dinner will be buffet style. It is very important to us to make sure guests with dietary and allergy restrictions will not go hungry. If you have a question or concern regarding menu options, do not hesitate to email kirstenroddywedding@gmail.com . The bar will be open, please be courteous to your bartender :)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no dress code. The venue is an indoor/outdoor venue, if you're known to get chilly you may want to bring a jacket.

Can I bring a date/are kids welcome?
