FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

By Friday, August 8th, 2025

Question

What happens if I miss the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We're working with a firm headcount for our caterer and venue, so unfortunately, if we don't receive your RSVP by August 8th, we'll have to assume you won't be attending. We appreciate your understanding as we finalize the details!

Question

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer, and she will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony. We do kindly ask that phones be put away and silenced during the ceremony. Feel free to take as many photos/videos once the ceremony has ended.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. Please be sure to list the name of your guest who will be joining you, if you received a plus one.

Question

How will ceremony seating be arranged?

Answer

The first two rows of chairs are reserved for the immediate family and the bridal party. Signs will show which seats are reserved. All other seats are open! We ask that you fill in from front to back to ensure everyone gets a great seat.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside but will be covered. The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your kids, unless they were mentioned on your invitation, we will not be able to accommodate them. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive around 4:00-4:15 to ensure you have plenty of time to find a seat and settle in.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We're blessed to have most of the household things we need. If you wish to contribute in some other way, we would appreciate contributions to our honeymoon or house renovation fund.
