What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving to the ceremony by 4:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding has a formal dress code. We suggest men wear a suit and tie and women wear long dresses or elegant cocktail dresses.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults-only event.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking for guests at Danville Golf Club.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For your convenience, shuttle service will be available between the Hampton Inn and The Bee Hotel to our wedding venue. Pick-up will take place at the Hampton Inn at 3:30pm, and at the Bee Hotel at 3:45pm. Return trips will be made immediately following the end of the reception at 11:00pm.

Please RSVP no later than January 21, 2026.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are many hotels nearby. We have reserved a block of rooms for our guests at the local Hampton Inn. Details can be found on the travel tab.
