When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:30pm but guests can begin to arrive at 4:00pm!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be two shuttles that will bring you to and from the hotel! Both shuttles will leave the hotel at 3:15 and pick up at The Sablewood at 10:00.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! All event spaces are ground level and handicapped accessible with beautiful ADA compliant restrooms. The outdoor ceremony circle and walking paths are hard surface and wheelchair accessible.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, due to venue limitations, this event is adult only (18+).
