Question

I am starving! Will there be food?

Answer

Food and snacks will only be provided at the welcome party on Friday (pizzas and salad), at the reception on Saturday (canapes and dinner), and some brunch items at the farewell brunch on Sunday. We recommend bringing along some breakfast and snack goodies or checking accommodations to organise this for you. Kloofzicht has a deli on site, and there is a Spar in the town.

I had a bit too much fun! Will there be a shuttle service?

Yes! A shuttle service will be organised at designated times.

I am thirsty! Will there be beverages?

Answer

For the Welcome Party on Friday, guests are more than welcome to bring their own desired beverages. As for the day of the wedding, welcome drinks at the ceremony will be provided and there will be a limited open bar on site. Please note that if the bar reaches its set cap, the bar will then become a cash bar.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30PM. Please arrive no later than 3:15PM to allow time to park, enter the venue, and find a spot for the ceremony.

Does the venue have parking?

Yes! There is plenty of complimentary parking at the venue.

What is the dress code for the Wedding day?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family join us in dressing up! Dress code is semi-formal to formal attire. The ceremony will be outdoors in the garden. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels.
