When should I RSVP by?

Please kindly RSVP by March 3rd, 2026, to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 pm. Please arrive no later than 4:45 pm. Late arrivals after the ceremony has begun will not be allowed entry until after the vows are exchanged. Select individuals will be asked to attend earlier for certain circumstances, but will be informed by the Bride & Groom ahead of time.

Are kids welcome?

Please note that due to venue capacity, we are limited in the number of kids and children that can be invited. Please check your personal invitation for the names of those invited to celebrate with us! Please reach out if you have any questions.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will dictate if you are being given a plus one.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking for both ceremony and reception. However, overnight parking is not permitted. Please plan accordingly, whether by carpooling or taking advantage of the transportation provided to and from our hotel accommodations.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Semi-formal attire is required; i.e., suits, cocktail dresses, or gowns are welcomed. Please no jeans.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please reach out to the Bride or Groom and we’ll make sure we’re taking care of any food allergies. Please note, due to Johnny’s allergies, there will be no tree nuts in any desserts or main food dishes*. *Salad course does come with pecans.
