I heard there will be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes, there is a shuttle. The bride and groom are providing a shuttle to and from both hotels so that everyone can have the maximum amount of fun with the least amount of danger. The schedule for the shuttle is as follows: Pick-up From Hotel to Venue: 3:30PM & 4PM Pick-up From Venue to Hotel: 11PM & 12PM Please let the bride and groom know if you need any additional transportation assistance.

What should I wear?

Answer

Find your favorite wedding outfit! This will be your typical semiformal wedding attire, but don't forget this will be Labor Day Weekend in Wichita, Kansas, which is historically very hot! The ceremony and reception will both be outside on a working vineyard. We want you to be comfortable and have the best time. Wear something you feel great in!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You and your loved ones should RSVP by August 2nd, 2021. If there are any problems with your RSVP please contact either the bride or groom.

We will be having Mediterranean food. If you have any dietary concerns please contact the bride or groom.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the ceremony start time, as we will be starting the ceremony promptly at 4:30. This will give you plenty of time to park, find your seat, say hello to other guests, and get comfortable.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

The cocktail hour will begin shortly after the ceremony. Please join other guest at the reception area for food, drinks, and fun. The wedding party will be joining shortly after.
