Getting there

If possible, we recommend arriving by Thursday evening or Friday morning so you can enjoy a day on the town or a trip out to Glacier National Park. We hope to see you all at our welcome party Friday evening!

Flight

Glacier Park International Airport

4170 US-2, Kalispell, MT 59901 This is a small, beautiful airport about 20 minutes drive to Whitefish, and 30 minutes to Bigfork. Ubers are available, but prepare for low volume and surge pricing. Car rentals are available at the airport or using Turo. We will provide shuttles from Whitefish to the wedding on Saturday.

Airbnb

There are tons of wonderful airbnbs around Whitefish and Bigfork. If you have limited transportation, we would recommend finding one walking distance to downtown Whitefish.

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake

$$$ Excellent lodging right on the lake with lots of amenities, about 1 mile past downtown Whitefish. They offer an airport shuttle and a local hourly shuttle to downtown. We are providing a wedding shuttle from here as well.

There are several rental car companies located at the Glacier International Airport. Turo is another option. We recommend reserving as soon as possible!

Shuttle

Shuttles to/from the Wedding Venue

August 15, 2026 4:00 pm - 11:15 pm

Shuttles will be running from two locations 1) The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, and 2) the train depot downtown. It's about 35min ride time. You are welcome to drive yourself, but be responsible. There is overnight parking if you need to shuttle home and pick up your car in the AM.
