Nicolle & Adam

    From Swings to Sunflowers
    I Do Crew

I Do Crew

What an honor it is for Adam and I to commit our forever love, surrounded by those whom we love. Each person standing by our sides have helped us to grow into who we are as individuals and as a couple. They have witnessed the best and worst of our days. We are thankful from the bottom of our hearts to have them here.

Adam

Groom

I met Adam in fifth grade, he was "the quiet one" always attached to Josh Jones. I remember the good 'ol days of AIM-ing (AOL instant message using dial-up) to meet at the Haverhill Park after school so we could "hang out". Fast forward to the first high school reunion after graduating. It was New Years Eve and we were at an old friends' house party. It had been years since going to the same schools, countlessly crossing paths, seeing one another around but never totally connecting... to finally connect. Adam is easily my soul mate, and it did not take long to figure that out. I not only just love, but need Adam: he is the weight that grounds my balloon, he is the brake when rounding a corner too fast, he is my calm before and after a long storm. I don't imagine a day without him.

Nicolle

Bride

I first met Nicolle in 5th grade. We regularly "hung out" on the playground after school, sitting on the swings just talking like best friends would. Shortly after those simple days, middle school and high school led us parting ways as I pursued sports and Nicolle pursued academics. It was in passing at parties and crossing friend groups that continued the interest between us, but it wasn't until our freshman year in college that I decided time has gone too long between us. I found all the courage to reach out to my little elementary crush and pursued a relationship without knowing how my life would change forever and begin the best times of my life forever. My connection to Nicolle was true, it sparked immediately, and we picked up as if back on those Haverhill swings as best friends.

Josh Jones

Best Man

I met Josh Jones, in Mrs. Della-Coletta's first grade class. We instantly became best friends and earned the well-known duo name: Beef & Cheese. Josh and I shared a love for hockey and have played on the same team throughout our childhood and even adult ice careers. There are few days that I can look back that Josh and I were not attached at the hip. Where Josh was, I was. He was my brother, and the Jones family was my second home. Now that we are older, have began adult careers, and don't get to spend every second together as we would like, as soon as we are together it is back to the old shenanigans. Beef & Cheese forever.

Megan Pajtas

Maid of Honor

To be honest, I'm without words (shocking, I know!). Megan was my first true adult friend. More specifically, she is the single-most esteemed woman I've ever met and I'm honored to call her my absolute best friend for eternity! She is the type of person that I wish everyone finds in their lifetime. Our friendship is one that's immeasurable, indescribable, and incomparable. I know it has been said often, but with all sincerity, I aspire to grow up to be 1/2 as beautiful, adventurous, reliable, and compassionate as Megan is. Without Megan, such accomplishments within my repertoire would not exist (just to name a few): 1) been welcomed into the esteemed "Wolf Pack" of Blue Village; 2) get fully vaccinated against COVID-19 without symptoms; 3) equal admiration of small dog attire;

Cam Michalka

Groomsman

How else do I introduce Cam other than, my sandbox buddy. Cam was the very first friend that I ever made. Beginning in the Curious Kids' sandbox, to living down the street from one another, to playing travel hockey together, Cam and I have remained friends from the moment we picked up shovels. Cam and I have a strong friendship that no matter the lapse in time between seeing one another, we pick up right where we left off as if nothing has changed.

Kaitie Church

Bridesmaid

Sweet sweet Kaitie, there are not enough characters to describe the depths of your heart! How fortunate I am to share the MoCI littles with you as probably (definitely) the most annoying duo at WoodsEdge. (still can NOT believe they haven't split us up) You are always my go to hype sister for any adventure. Our friendship persists every celebration no matter how small and every challenge no matter how big inside and outside of the classroom. You encourage me to believe in myself, challenge me to fight for what matters, and inspire me to love full heartedly. Because of you, I have welcomed love into my life with full potential.

Tyler Babinski

Groomsman

Babs, (or for those that wish to be formal, Tyler) is another life-long friend that I met in elementary school. Our friendship began once we found out we lived close to one another, and then grew as we took to the ice in our shared love: hockey. Beef, Cheese, and Bubbles all played together as "Outlaws" and shortly after that Tyler and I officially became the "Crazy/Weird Ones" that wanted to protect the net. Tyler always had my back in the net, and I his as goalies. Whenever Tyler and I can find time to get together over a cold one, we can chat as if nothing has changed.

Anna Hessen

Bridesmaid

Anna was my very first BFF. We met in Mrs. Trotter's Fifth Grade class at Haverhill, and we became inseparable immediately. What began as a shy elementary friendship blossomed into an unbreakable life-long friendship throughout middle and high school. We were ALWAYS together, after school, before school, at school, on the weekends, and even over several vacations. At every successful milestone (walking across the graduation stage) and throughout any challenging road block (moving across the globe), Anna was always there for me. She is the definition of a life-long friend, she has seen me at my best, worst, and everywhere in between.

Erik Pobocik

Musketeer

Our day would NOT be complete without him. Erik, otherwise known as Boo, or The Third Musketeer (the other Musketeers are Steve and Nicolle). He is Nicolle's little brother, and in line with her dad, probably THE most important man in her life. Without actually ever meeting him in person, for as long as I've known Nicolle, she has always held Erik as her top priority. I know that they've both gone through more than any two humans could possibly face, but their undeniable bond as sister and brother is without fault. It has been indescribable to witness their bond and relationship over the past 7 years, and I'm so excited to have him by our side on this day.

Maddy & Natalie

Petal Party

My Two Dearest "Not-So-Little" Sisters. Madeline and Natalie became my sisters shortly after meeting their family in Erin Crouch's 2nd Grade Classroom at Haverhill. I think I was in middle school or high school at that time and I would ride the bus back to Haverhill after-school to help as a "teacher assistant". Nicole (our mom) was the care provider for Erin's toddler son and it was Erin that recommended me to be a babysitter, house-watcher, and now zoo keeper for the Frank Family. Every day I'm thankful for that recommendation, because I gained the most amazing sisters and family because of it. Madeline is my boisterous, extremely intelligent, and always game to be a CHILD with me: SISTER. Natalie is my altruistic, outstandingly empathetic, and quiet fighter through life with me: SISTER.
