We recommend staying downtown as there are not hotels near the wedding venue itself: *Atheneum Suites (where wedding party will be staying) Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Hotel Indigo Cambria Hotel Detroit Downtown Courtyard Detroit Downtown Kasa Cadillac Square Detroit You could also look into AirBnBs in Grosse Pointe (closer to venue) if desired.

How do I get to downtown Detroit from DTW?

We recommend taking an Uber from DTW to your hotel in Detroit, or, renting a car.

Is Detroit walkable?

Answer

Sort of. If you stay downtown, lots is in walking distance. However, to get to other neighborhoods, like Midtown or to the wedding venue, you will need to drive.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We recommend wearing cocktail/ dressy casual attire. The wedding venue itself is not formal, and will be partially outside on gravel, so tall heels are not recommended.

Please arrive at 4pm. The event will be getting started at 4:30.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is limited parking in front of Coriander, and additional parking on the street and additional parking over the canal bridge just beyond the restaurant.
