What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire / formal! Think cocktail dresses and suit with optional tie/bowtie. It cools off at night, so bring a jacket unless you plan on being on the dance floor all night! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Can I bring my children?
Answer
We love your kids, but due to space capacity of the venue, we cannot accommodate the additional little ones. Thank you for understanding! Take this as a night of relaxation and fun, "parent night out!"

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding will be primarily outdoors alongside the vineyard and around the property, but the dinner will be under a permanent covered tent (heating lamps available if needed).

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Weather in Sacramento (Clarksburg) in October is usually sunny and 80s. Highs in the 90s; Lows in the 50s. Please check the weather closer to October for more accurate forecasts.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
You are welcome from 5 pm onwards. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm.

Are phones/photographs allowed at the ceremony?
Answer
In order to see all the joyful faces of the people we love free from distractions and for our professional wedding photographer to be able to get the best possible shots without interference, we would like to have phones away during the ceremony. There will be no shortage of photos and videos, as we will also have a videographer and photobooth as well! That means you too Susan Berkley ;)

Where should I park?
Answer
There is plenty of free parking (150+ spots) near the entrance of the venue. A bonus! Free overnight parking is allowed in case it gets wild - just retrieve your car by 10:30 am the next morning. Uber/Lyft available for pick up and drop off at the venue, although consider scheduling ahead of time to minimize wait time.

Where should I stay?

Please see the travel page for information on accommodations. While Sacramento also has tons of great Airbnb options or other hotels if you would prefer, please note that our wedding is a music festival weekend, therefore other places to stay may be unusually expensive and/or booked, so we encourage you to book as early as possible.

What shoes should I wear for dancing?
Answer
The dance floor at the venue is stone pavers, so we would recommend if women wear thin heels that you bring flats to change into to prevent spraining an ankle. Either way, feel free to bring comfy shoes for dancing the night away!

Answer
Please RSVP as soon as you can. However, deadline is Friday, 08/08/2025.
