Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade

The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk & Promenade runs 1.2 miles along the ocean from the Pier 14 at 14th Avenue North to the 2nd Avenue Pier at 2nd Avenue North. There are great shops, restaurants, and other attractions (even in the winter!). Some of our favorites are the Sky Wheel (how romantic are ferris wheels with pretty lights), the Gay Dolphin Gift Cove (you can practically find anything in this three-plus level store), Landshark (for a great drink out of a pineapple), and Peaches Corner (pretty much for the best everything food, but hot dogs, burgers, and ice cream are particularly great). There are also arcades, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, or you can just explore or walk on the beach. Maybe you'll find a shark tooth that the Myrtle Beach Coast is known to turn up!
