Samarkand

Samarkand, Samarqand Region, Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan has three major touristic cities: Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva. Although they are all worth visiting, Samarkand is the closest to Tashkent, and Diyora’s parents were born and raised there. We are planning to go there on the 12th or 16th of August; You are more than welcome to join us. There is a bullet train option that takes you in 2.5 hours, the ticket price is about $55.
