Altitude & Alcohol - Everyone's Favorite!

Answer

Carbondale sits at 6,181 feet above sea level (1,884 meters for our Aussie friends). If you’re coming from lower elevations, please remember to drink plenty of water and take it easy as your body acclimates. Most importantly, alcohol can hit a little harder at altitude, especially if you’re not used to it. Electrolytes will be available for anyone who would like them!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Think polished but comfortable—suits or dress shirts with nice trousers, and cocktail or midi dresses or a dressy jumpsuit. The ceremony will take place in a field, so feel free to leave the stilettos at home—wedges, block heels, or flats will be much friendlier to the terrain (and your ankles!).

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Colorado has stunning falls, with beautiful colors, but can be temperamental. Please plan accordingly and ensure you are checking weather the week prior. Our dinner & reception will be inside but we recommend bringing some layers just in case!

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Parking, Transportation, and Ubers

Answer

Ubers are sparse in the Aspen/Carbondale/Glenwood area, please plan for alternate transportation methods. Shuttles will be provided to/from the Hoffman Hotel. Additionally, for those that are inclined to be the designated driver, there will be parking onsite at the venue!
