5 years ago I recieved a Facebook friend request from Tim, I didn’t know him, but we had a mutual friend who said he asked about me often. For nearly a year he liked my photos, but it wasn’t until August 2016 when he sent me a private message. It was an emogi of a sandwhich making finger guns that said “Hey There!” haha - how could a girl resist! 😆 We started chatting and two weeks later we had our first date and the rest is history! We’ve had so much fun together over the last 4+ years and our love has grown every day. We’ve been on countless vacations, bought a trailer for some memorable camping trips, moved accross country to North Carolina and back again, argued and made up, comforted and loved on each other, and I had no doubt I would marry this wonderful man one day. In 2020 we had plans to go to Hawaii and little did I know, he was planning his proposal. However, Covid had other plans and our vacation was cancelled. One night during lock down, he had made me one of my favorite dishes that he had made when we first started dating, and as we sat down over a bottle of wine, he popped the question! I’m so excited to spend the rest of our lives together and look forward to all the adventures yet to come!
