FAQs

Question

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

We are hoping for an outdoor ceremony although this will be dependent on dry weather. There will also be opportunities to be outside, including games, drinks and some food. The rest of the day will take place under the shelter of a tipi.

Question

Where should we park?

Answer

There is parking on site. Vehicles can be left overnight and then collected the next day.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive with time to be seated by 12:45 to ensure that you are ready before the entrance of the bridal party.

Question

Can my children come?

Answer

As much as we love children, we want our guests to be able to enjoy our special day without having to worry about their little ones. Therefore, our wedding day is adults only.

Question

Can I bring a date/guest?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, only guests named on your website link are invited. Please check the message you received from the bride or groom if you are unsure.

Question

Are the ceremony and the reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal wedding attire is requested but please avoid wearing a white dress!

Question

Can I take and post photos?

Answer

Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow the photographers to do their job. After this you may take as many photos as you wish (in fact we encourage it!) but please wait until the bride and groom have shared their news publicly before posting photos of the happy couple on social media.

Question

Do I need to pre-order my dinner?

Answer

The wedding breakfast and evening food is the same for all guests however please include your dietary requirements when requested during your RSVP.

Question

Anything else I need to know?

Answer

Our entrance will be to our favourite song 'Belter by Gerry Cinnamon', please familiarise yourself with it so you can sing along if you want! If you would like to join in our speech games then please bring a £1 coin!
