What should I wear?
Answer
Semi wedding formal in fun spring/summer colors. We suggest men wear slacks and a long or short sleeve collared button up. We suggest women wear a sundress or similar; stiletto heels not recommended. Please no jeans or Hawaiian shirts. Temperatures could be as cold as mid-50s at night and as hot as 90-100 during the day. We will be in the shade for the ceremony and right on the river. What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive early to sign the guest book and find your seat. (please do not arrive prior to 3:30pm)

What will the weather be like?
Answer

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?
Answer
Yes! We will have an open bar with awesome beer and wine choices! We'll also have lots of non-alcoholic options like Italian sodas and Caldera root beer on tap.

Our wedding is by invitation only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are children allowed?
Answer
We love your little ones, but we would like this to be an adults-only wedding. Outside of the children walking down the aisle, we are keeping our wedding to ages 18+. If you are unsure about your kids specifically, please refer to the names listed on your invitation.

Are the ceremony and reception fully outdoors?
Answer
Yes, please plan accordingly with your shoes and layers. We will be keeping an eye on the weather so we can make accommodations for weather to ensure everyone is as comfortable as possible.

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes. We have limited parking at the venue but there is overflow parking across the street and up a small hill. Please carpool if possible. If you require close parking for mobility issues, please notify the bride and groom so we can save you a spot.

Where should I stay?
Answer
The Rogue Valley has so much to offer in sights, activities and accommodations. We encourage you to look for a beautiful place on the river, in the hills, or in one of the extra cute towns of Jacksonville or Ashland. If you want to be close to the venue, check out the "Travel" page on our website for some of the closest accommodations. Whatever you choose, you will not go wrong! Feel free to reach out with any questions and we will help you choose. We encourage you to book in advance to score the best spots!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We will have an unplugged ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer to capture this part of the evening. Please don't let her catch you with your phone in the photos!
