Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will both be held at The View at Bluemont. There is parking onsite, and we will also be offering guests transportation to and from the event to the Tru by Hilton Loudoun and Homewood Suites Leesburg Hotels.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 3:30 PM. If you are not taking the shuttle, please be sure to arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony start time so that you have time to park and find your seats. Thank you!

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. We will then move to an indoor/outdoor space for cocktail hour. If you are outdoors, the outdoor space will be uncovered with heaters. The reception will be held indoors.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We’re asking guests to dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire — polished, stylish, and party-ready! For women, this could mean a cocktail dress, a dressy midi, or a chic jumpsuit. For men, a suit and dress shirt (with or without a tie) works perfectly. Feel free to play with seasonal colors, textures, and accessories - dress in whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to celebrate!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, we will be offering transportation to and from the recommended hotels to the View at Bluemont. The shuttle from the Tru by Hilton will leave the hotel at 2:15 PM. The shuttle from the Homewood Suites will leave at 2:30 PM. Shuttles will leave the venue at 9:00 PM to bring guests back to their hotel.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We recommend staying at the Tru by Hilton One Loudoun. The hotel is located in a town center with lots of shopping and dining options within walking distance. The Homewood Suites Leesburg is also recommended - the drive from this location to activities in Leesburg will be a few minutes shorter.

Can I bring a plus one?

Are kids invited?
Answer
Children are welcome! While we’re delighted to include your little ones in our celebration, please note that we will not be providing childcare services during the event.

Can I Uber To and From the Wedding?
Answer
If you live locally and would rather not book a hotel, or if you’d prefer to stay at another location, we recommend that you Uber to one of the hotels under the 'Accommodations' tab and ride on the shuttle that we are providing. Ubers in Bluemont, VA are limited. If you do not choose to ride on the shuttle, we recommend booking a taxi or ride in advance. There is also parking at the venue.
