- No :) There will be a ~20min walk across the orchard to the ceremony and back so please wear sensible shoes.
Check the "Travel + Lodging" tab for accommodation options. Note, the indicated hotels will be on the shuttle stop but you are welcome to use VRBO or Airbnb.
- Just those on the invitations please!
- October is one of our favorite months on the Western Slope of Colorado. Early October in this high desert sees average highs of about 80F and cools off in the evening to temps around 50F. Plan for an outdoor ceremony, rain or shine, and a reception dinner to follow
- You should dress for a warm day that leads into a cool night. There is indoor space for the reception if needed, but for walking around and mingling outside, bring a jacket. Bring a pair of close-toed shoes, and pants or leggings if you'll have bare legs. We'd rather you not leave earlier than you want to because of a little thing like weather!
- We love your children! We also feel parents should take a break and join us for our celebration where they can relax and have fun without their kiddos for our wedding weekend.
- Yes, there will be free parking at both the welcome dinner and wedding - it's the countryside!
Yes, we encourage you to take the shuttle which will be running before and after the wedding and making stops at the hotels indicated on the "Travel + Lodging" tab. If you would like to drive your own vehicle to/from the wedding, that is fine. There will also be an option for folks not staying at the hotels on the shuttle route to catch the shuttle at those stops. More details on run times can be found on the "Travel + Lodging" page.
It isn't recommended, in this rural valley ride-share services can be unreliable.
