Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for you to join us in your best summer formal or garden party formal attire. Suits and full length or midi dresses are preferred. Please refrain from wearing white, jeans, or sneakers. We can not wait to see how amazing you look. If you need more outfit inspiration please copy the link below to our Best Dressed Guest Pinterest board into a separate browser. https://pin.it/7dFN4t4ct

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love all of your little ones, we invite you to join us for a child free evening. There will be an open bar and plenty of fun activities including dancing and partying the night away. We appreciate your cooperation with our request and can't wait for you to have a well deserved child free night out!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you know you will be able or not able to attend our wedding, however the deadline to submit your RSVP is April 1st, 2025.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm, please arrive early enough to park, mingle, and find your seats.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limitations with our venue, we were not able to give all of our guest a plus one. If you received one their name will be listed under yours in the RSVP tab. If you have any questions about who is on your invitation card please contact either the Bride or Groom's parents or someone in the wedding party.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be doing a non-traditional dinner where there are many different options for our guest to choose from. If you have a specific food allergy or dietary request please contact Kira, Noah, or their parents no later than April 1st, 2025.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you choose to drive, there are plenty of parking spots at the venue that are directly next to the ceremony and reception site.

Question

Do you have hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do have a hotel with a small number of rooms blocked off, please visit our travel tab for more information. There are also many other hotels to choose from in the travel tab as well. If you plan to party and explore the Honky Tonks on Broadway we recommend you stay in a hotel walking distance from those. If you want to be closest to the venue, the hotels near the airport will be your best option. If you choose to pick a different hotel or Airbnb please remember to check the distance to the venue.

Question

I have more questions!!!

Answer

If you have more questions please contact either the Bride or Groom's parents or someone in the wedding party listed under the wedding party tab. (it is likely that I am overwhelmed and stressed lol please don't hurt my brain thank you -kira)
