Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. This will allow for guests to feel safe when distanced from others. We will be asking guests to wear their masks when not seated or safely distanced from others. At the ceremony, chairs will be distanced and can be arranged for groups to safely remove masks when seated. For the cocktail hour and reception, there will be 6 guests to a table with the tables distanced safely apart. Once dinner is over, there will be dancing, corn hole, a bonfire (yes, with SMORES), and plenty of room for guests to spread out and mingle so that there is not congregation. When visiting the restrooms/bar/walking past guests you did not come with please be respectful and wear your mask. Everyone attending this event means a lot to us - we would hate for our special day to cause anyone ill health. Thank you all for understanding and making the most of our precious day!
Yes! The ceremony will be outside with little to no shade, depending on the weather it could be warm and sunny, or cool and cloudy. Don't forget sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. The reception will also be outdoors, however, it will be under a large tent. Please take a look at the weather before packing to ensure you are as comfortable as possible!
Our venue is very well prepared for all weather conditions, especially with a small, intimate group such as ours. If needed, the ceremony will be moved into the reception tent with clear walls attached in order to keep our guests dry.
Yes. There will be a shuttle provided by The Courtyard. More information regarding this will be provided at a later date. If you are not staying at The Courtyard, we suggest Uber or Lyft! ***Please make sure your ride pulls into the circular drive at the venue and does not drop off or pick up in the street!
Yes! For our guests that will have a car - there is parking on the premises. If you are planning on enjoying drinks at the celebration, please consider taking the shuttle or sharing a ride - cars cannot be left at the venue overnight!
