When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP - “will attend” or “will not attend” by July 23, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will assume you cannot make it. We have to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We'd love to include everyone, but due to limited space, we can only accommodate for those guests formally invited. If you have received a plus one, their name will appear on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, due to limited space, we are only able to invite a select number of children to the celebration. If your children are invited, your invitation will be made out to "The {Your Last Name} Family, and their name will appear on the RSVP list.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 2 o’clock at St Rose Catholic Church. Please plan to arrive by 1:30 to ensure enough time to sign our guestbook and find a seat. If you are unable to make the ceremony, the cocktail hour starts at 4 o’clock at the Barn at the Backwoods.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We ask guests to take and share as many photos and videos as possible, aside from the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer and videographer to capture these moments. At the reception, there will be a QR code found at each table and around the venue that is linked to a photo sharing app for everyone to enjoy!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Drinks are on us, hangover is on you. There will be a variety of beer, wine, and seltzer options to choose from, as well as a cash liquor bar. We ask that everyone drinks responsibly and finds a safe ride home.

We are having a taco bar with beef and chicken to choose from! You can make tacos, a bowl, or nachos with various sides and toppings.
