What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail! We want you to feel and look fabulous, but not stuffy or uncomfortable because it is going to be hot! So ditch the too-high heels, feel free to pass on buttoning that top botton of your dress shirt. Do dress up, but nothing too insane!

They are conveniently located at the same place! The Meadows By Forty Eleven, which is a beautiful new wedding venue in Sonora, Ca. The Meadows is an 11 acre ranch on the outskirts of Sonora, with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. 16185 Tuolumne Rd Sonora, CA 95370

Answer

The venue, The Meadows, is an 11 acre ranch with a beautiful historic barn, elegant oak trees and wide open spaces. This is an indoor/outdoor wedding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony starts promptly at 4 pm, so 3:45 should be ample time to find your seat

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There is a group block set up for Black Oak Casino. The venue is located between Sonora and Twain Harte though, so a hotel anywhere in those two towns would do. It is about 15 minutes to either town.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

There is ample parking at the venue.

WE WISH! Cell reception is pretty spotty up here in the foot hills, so we don't have either of those... There are few local cab companies though: City Cab: (209) 694-8294 Frontier Cab: (209) 288-2900

Question

I thought that there was shuttle service?

Answer

Black Oak Casino was going to offer a shuttle service, but there is a concert at the casino this same weekend, and the shuttle service is no longer available.
