Celebration of Love

Winter Cocktail Attire: Ladies can wear cocktail dresses with fur stoles, LBDs, or a dressy blouse and slacks. Gents can wear oxfords, polos, dark jackets, slacks, and even a tie if you want to look spiffy. Remember, it will be winter in the North Georgia Mountains - so, planning will get you nowhere! It might be snowy and cold or warm and sunny. In the end, just be you and dress comfy!
Our afternoon will consist of heavy hors d'oeuvres, a coffee barista, classy cocktails, an Italian dessert truck, and entertainment from a live jazz band. The happy couple will spend their afternoon mingling with guests and posing for thousands of pictures. Please note, personal invitations for this event were mailed in late December 2022.
The Casual After Party (DJ, Pizza, and Adult Beverages)
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Casual Attire: You will need to wear something that allows you to "cut a rug" on the dance floor. If that is jeans and a t-shirt, awesome. If that is your same attire from earlier in the day (just with more visible wrinkles now), sure thing. If that is a full-on costume, you do you - we won't judge. The happy couple will be in comfy jeans (they must be able to drop it like its hot) and t-shirts.
This after party is a time to relax and dance the night away. Our awesome DJ will be slinging all the hits ... from yesteryear to the current Top 40. You can also expect some techno dance hits (you are attending a gay wedding - duh). You won't find any stuffy, fancy food at this event either. Get ready for some pizza and adult beverages. And a spread of simple, delicious desserts (at least one-half of the happy couple simply cannot go more than an hour without something chocolate). If you have been invited to this after party, please don't book your flight/drive home until late Monday morning (you'll probably want to take off work on that Monday, too).
