Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by September 4th, 2025 at the absolutely latest. However, we encourage you to RSVP sooner rather than later to ensure that we receive it.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 p.m. Please get to the venue at least fifteen minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to make sure that you don't miss anything. There will also be iced water and apple cider for you to enjoy while you wait for the big event. In addition, the shuttle from the Hyatt Albany Place will be leaving at 3:00 p.m.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue. In addition, we will be providing transportation between the venue and the Hyatt Albany Place, both before (leaving at 3 p.m.) and after the wedding. Please note that while it is possible to get an uber to the venue, it is very unlikely that you will be able to get an uber from the venue, as it is fairly remote, so please plan accordingly!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this weekend as an extended date night!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are a lot of hotels in the area, and Albany is just a fifteen-minute car ride from the venue. For those that want to stay near the wedding party, we have a room block at the Hyatt Place Albany/Downtown.
