This is probably a no-brainer for anyone who has ever simply met Kinley as it was a no-brainer for Kinley's decision. For those who don't know Kinley that well, here is your back story. A long, long time ago two families resided in the small town of Ramona, CA who regularly crossed paths with two young daughters. Flash forward a few years a new neighbor moves in two doors down from the Nabors household. Basically, the rest is history. From lemonade stands, to countless sleepovers, to (almost) 25 years of best-friendship, there was no question who would be Kinley's MOH. After all, this was promised back in 8th grade and they are not one's to go back on our word.
Robert Hatch
Best Man
Often confused as Andrew's twin, whether that be because of Andrew's receding hairline or old demeanor, Robert and Andrew have been conjoined at the hip for most of their lives. Robert has always maintained his role as the big brother, providing an idol to look up to, compete with, and trash talk, whenever the situation calls for it. Though life has taken them in quite a different directions, they both are always able to come together to eat, drink, and be merry. So watch out at the wedding! Andrew will always be grateful for Robert, and it is a no-brainer why he is Best Man.
Megan Hatch
Bridesmaid
Megan, the better half of Robert, has fit right into both Andrew and Kinley's lives. When down on his luck, Megan opened her home to Andrew and provided a loving environment and support. Through one of those times, Kinley came into the picture and all of the pieces came together for our two lovebirds. Megan was much of the reason for Andrew and Kinley, and they both adore her for that, her generous heart, and affable personality. She is a perfect fit into the Hatch family and a wonderful sister-in-law.
Donny McKay
Groomsman
Kinley's built-in lifelong friend. Donny and Kinley have always been close, even the stint where all siblings hate each other, there was always a special bond. From playing Pokémon and lightsabers in the backyard as kids, to Donny almost kicking Kinley's pinky toe off, to now grown adults who still play Pokémon on the Switch together. They have been through thick and thin together and even living states away remain two peas-in-a-pod.
Katherine McKay
Bridesmaid
Katherine has been in Kinley's life since she was 14 (we can thank Donny for that) and has always been there like a big-sister. There have been countless panicked, venting, or random check-ins between her and Kinley throughout the years, especially during COVID. Katherine has always been one of Kinley's biggest fans and supporters, even though she has always been thousands of miles away. Kinley would not be where she is today, at least sane, without the constant love and support from Katherine.
James Hatch
Groomsman
Quite possibly the better version of Andrew, but the jury is out on that determination thus far. James was the surprise of a lifetime for Andrew and Robert, one which was much needed for the former. The most easy-going and eye-rolling character you will find around, James has always been there for Andrew and Kinley. And with them moving so much, he deserves a few (thousand) dollars in repayment. Andrew has always been proud of James and looks forward to helping him blossom into the man he is destined to become.
Daniel Tanner
Groomsman
After living together for 3.5 years, you get to know someone pretty well. Probably too well. Danny convinced Kinley to go on the first date with Andrew. The first date went so well, Kinley didn't want it to end so she panic texted Danny asking if the apartment was clean. Which is when Danny earned a special place in Andrew's heart. If memories serve, Danny and Andrew talked for a while getting to know each other that night. Which led to deep-life conversations every time Andrew came over after that. Leading to Andrew being one of Danny's biggest fans whether it be community theater, school, or life decisions, Andrew wants nothing but greatness for Danny and visa versa. Needless to say, as being one of the greatest, most important people in Kinley's life and a new found friendship with Andrew, Danny earned his spot in the wedding line up.
