We’re getting married!

What's crazy to think is that neither one of us were looking for a relationship, but ironically, me setting up my friend and him to be together allowed me to meet the man of my dreams. I didn't know it at the time, but Madi called it right away, I will give her that. I honestly didn't like him "like that" because I wasn't looking for a relationship, but always down to having more friends. After a while of being just friends, we both started to have a little crush, and after three months of the hard questions of really getting to know each other, he finally asked my dad if he could date me (I know - so old fashioned). I look back and am so thankful that our families were part of our love story and that we fit right in with each other's different lives. After 5 years of dating (including long distance), we finally get to be married and spend forever by each other's sides. I can't thank God enough for getting us through. We did it Garrett, and I can't wait to marry you!
