We are so excited to share a few of our favorite places around the area with you.

Although it may look like the museum is mostly for kids, the Strong Museum has something fun for everyone! Ashley highly recommends visiting if you don't think you will get back to Rochester.

If you want to get outdoors, the Erie Canal Trail is a great place to walk or bike (rentals are available in Fairport). You can take the trail between different towns and stop at restaurants, ice cream shops, and breweries.

We love going to Iron Smoke to see live music on the weekends. We also thoroughly enjoy their cocktails. A must-visit for those who like whiskey!

If you are looking for some last-minute items or want to see the place we first met, the Eastview Mall is the place to go!

The Finger Lakes area is known for the many wineries that line the lakes. The most local winery is Casa Larga, which looks out over a beautiful vineyard. Going to the wineries is one of Ashley's favorite things to do in the summer time.

If you have time to explore the lakes, we also highly recommend stopping at some of the wineries. Some of our favorites include Miles, Bully Hill, Three Brothers, and Dr. Frank's. The views from the wineries are beautiful!
