In May, Ponte Vedra Beach typically experiences warm weather, with average temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to low 80s (°F). It’s an ideal time to visit! The ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be outdoors right outside of the TPC Clubhouse. The reception will be indoor.

What should we wear for the different events during the wedding weekend?

Meet & Greet: Casual attire. Ceremony & Reception: Black-tie optional—tuxedos and formal gowns are preferred, but not mandatory. The Ceremony and Cocktail hour will be outside on grass turf and the Reception will be indoors. Send-Off Beach Party: Casual beach attire is perfect—wear whatever you’re comfortable in to enjoy the FL beach and sun!

Meet & Greet: Join us on Thursday, May 1, 2025, from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Alice and Pete’s Bar in the Sawgrass Marriott Hotel. Ceremony & Cocktail Hour: Celebrate with us on Friday, May 2, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at The PLAYERS Championship. Reception: Continue the festivities from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM at The PLAYERS Championship Clubhouse, Blue Heron Room. Send-Off Beach Party: Join us for a relaxed send-off beach party on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Cabana Beach Club.

What is the shuttle schedule?

Shuttles will be available on Friday, 5/2 starting at 4:00pm departing only from the Marriott Sawgrass entrance to the TPC Sawgrass Shuttles will be available to go back to the hotel starting at 9:30pm. Shuttle service also available on Saturday, 5/3 to take guests to the Cabana Beach club all day.

Can we bring our luggage to the beach party on Saturday and leave directly for the airport?

Absolutely! Feel free to bring your luggage to the beach party. We’ll have a designated area to safely store your bags, so you can enjoy the celebration worry-free. From there, you can head directly to the airport if needed.
