FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are required by our venue to have a final headcount by a certain day. Please RSVP by October 6th, 2025 so that we have an accurate guest count to accommodate all of our guests. Thank you!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests would arrive no later than 3:30pm as the wedding ceremony will begin at 4:00pm Central Time

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking onsite right in front of the ceremony and reception halls. Handicap parking is available as well.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event with the exception of immediate family, bridal party, or those formally invited in their invitation.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. We will have an outdoor area set up with some yard games for those wanting to spend time outside throughout the evening.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What color will the bridal party be wearing?

Answer

The bridesmaids will be in light blue, and the groomsmen will be wearing navy blue suits.

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an “un-plugged ceremony” so we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photo or video during it. We have hired a very talented photographer so that our guests can be present and enjoy witnessing our marriage! This also prevents any phones or cameras from being in our photos. We would be happy to share the professional photos we receive after the wedding.

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up on our big day! We ask that our guests wear Cocktail attire, men wear a suit or dress shirt and women wear a nicer dress or dressy separates.
